CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Full Refund - If cancelled in writing on or before one (1) month prior to the event
50% Refund - If cancelled in writing two (2) weeks prior to the event
NO Refund - If cancelled less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event

ONE (1) CREDIT CARD - VISA, MC, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS
(Add a 3% service charge for all credit card payments)
OR ONE (1) BUSINESS/SCHOOL CHECK payable to USA Sports Production
OR ONE (1) MONEY ORDER
$50.00 FEE FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS AND DECLINED CREDIT CARDS
LATE ENTRIES AND DIVISION CHANGE FEES MUST BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD
