| How: | Complete the official registration forms and return with payment by the deadline dates: SCHOOL Early Registration Deadline - August 31, 2012 ALL-STAR Early Registration Deadline - September 14, 2012 Final Deadline Date - October 5, 2012 All forms and registration fees must be received by the final deadline for discounts to apply. Late fees will be charged after the deadline date. Fees paid onsite incur an additional late fee of $250. |
